Teresa Kirk is a versatile artist, illustrator and surface pattern designer.
Having trained as a fine artist, Teresa takes a hand-drawn approach to all her work - from traditional sketches and paintings, to handdrawn wallpaper to repeat patterns. Teresa creates painting and drawings in her studio in London and out on location using oils, gouache and acrylic. To create surface pattern designs Teresa begins with intricate illustrations that are transformed into patterns using a combination of handcut paper techniques, collage and digital software.
Versatile in style and application, Teresa's work has been applied to prints, stationery, textiles and other products for the home interiors market and she has been commisioned as an artist and illustrator.
